This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all appointments, consultations, and dental services booked with ToothAid Dental Clinic via https://toothaid.in or any other communication channel.
By booking an appointment or availing services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Appointment Cancellation
Patients are advised to notify the clinic as early as possible in case of cancellation or inability to attend a scheduled appointment.
While 24 hours’ notice is recommended, failure to provide advance notice may impact future appointment priority or scheduling flexibility.
2. Appointment Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to doctor availability and clinic operational schedules.
ToothAid Dental Clinic reserves the right to accept or deny rescheduling requests based on availability and clinical commitments.
3. Consultation & Treatment Fees
Fees paid for consultations or completed services are non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Dental consultations
- Diagnostic services
- Procedures and treatments already initiated or completed
4. Advance Payments
Any advance payments made toward treatment plans or bookings are non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of the clinic management.
Refund eligibility, if any, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on clinical and administrative factors.
5. No Guarantee of Refund
Refunds are not guaranteed under any circumstances and shall only be considered where explicitly approved by the clinic.
6. Missed Appointments (No-Show Policy)
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be considered a “no-show” and may result in forfeiture of any booking priority or fees paid.
7. Policy Changes
ToothAid Dental Clinic reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
